Gnfkk.. I know that feeling. But then again, there's hundreds of shit art on FurAffinity, too. Its just that devART has like five times as many members, so all the good artists are smothered under steaming piles of crap that much faster.

In all honesty, I upload here partly for the sake of just getting stuff off my computer into a neatly organized space. Its kind of like a portfolio. Comments are a bonus, and I couldn't give a shit about favs and pageviews.

Ha, surprisingly, I find myself liking the new layout. Er, the one that's still in Beta Testing, that is. I like being able to move the various slots of my userpage around. I remember hating it when they upgraded from v4 to v5, though. They changed SO MUCH it was like arghlakdfjlkdf.

As for the subscription and print services, they're hardly worth it, especially the prints. They totally don't give anything to the artist. Buy a $12 print, you only get a quarter, and I mean 25 cents. Its bull. :I

I only have a sub for the Recent Visitors box. There have been a select few people who, despite claiming to never want anything to do with me, still stalk my page. Call me paranoid, but I like my proof for when those assholes come around.

Anywho, don't let it get to yeh, Henj. Its the internet. There will always be crap everywhere, especially since the virus that is animu is still so prominent.

I know it's just internet drama, but when I put 35 hours of work in a piece of art, get a Daily deviation and a good bunch of views, I'm still at 2% of what kind of popularity those damn Naruto fan artist have.

Hell, the only reason I still do anything here is because of friends and stuff (also a lot of people on FA just creep the hell out of me)

and on the flip side, the only reason I go to FA is because it's quality that matt- well no, they generally only flock to people that are making porn
but it's not as bad as DA where nothing anyone does matters if it's not fanshit

Really, I don't even mind FA (once the adult filter is on)

Hey, I know you for a long time, well I think so, so I'll let's be completely honest.

I stay on DA only because of people like YOU and some very rare awesome bird photographs, and even fewer excellent artists.

And don't feel creeped out of FA just for a few fucked up furries.
My solution: A good old " WTF? GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!" saved my ass from a couple of PORN COMMISSIONS!!!
